Five friends, a refreshed motel
In 2025, we took over this 1970s motel in Portalban. We refreshed it without tearing it down — the structure, the terrace-and-garden spirit, the volumes. We added what was missing: a kitchenette in most units, fiber wifi, and a real 7/7 customer service based in French-speaking Switzerland.

Lake at 300 m
Public beach, trails, harbor. La Grande Cariçaie to the south, Estavayer-le-Lac by bike. We chose Portalban for that: nature, water, quiet. Not a disguised city.
Honest
We're not selling a spiritual retreat. Eleven functional, clean studios with what you need for a week's stay. The 1970s motel remains a 1970s motel, but in good shape.
